On October 13, more than 600 project managers from all over the country attended the biggest PM conference in Ukraine — Kyiv Project Management Day!
Over 50 speakers shared their experience in six streams: PM models, PM practices, Agile, product management, workshops, and FailConf (stories about failed projects).
Project management experts from AgileSparks, Portmone.com, Epicflow, Stratoplan, AgileDrive, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and many other organizations gave talks about searching for a balance between risks and opportunities, corporate culture in IT companies, Agile adaptation barriers, leadership, delegation, and many other exciting topics.
Yuri Warczynski, a co-founder of HYS Enterprise, gave a talk on multi-project management for tired managers, during which he spoke about planning and resource management difficulties and shared his own experience applying the right multi-project management practices in an IT company. Yuri shared several real-life stories and his own multi-project management to-do list.
We’d like to say thanks to the entire PM Day team and all the speakers for making this event effective, successful, and productive! Thanks for having us there; it was a delightful experience.
Our colleagues from Epicflow gathered key takeaways of the talks from Kyiv Project Management Day so you can catch up on all the latest project management news and insights even if you didn’t have a chance to attend the conference. Enjoy!
