Internship Conditions
The internship lasts three months, providing a full period of learning and practice necessary to gain real experience. At the beginning of the program, an agreement is signed for unpaid training.
📌 Duration: 3 months
📌 Format: Office in Odesa or remote from any city in Ukraine
📌 Compensation: The internship is unpaid
📌 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (exam attendance possible with mentor approval)

A key feature of our internship is the absence of a fixed curriculum. Instead, mentors provide learning materials from various sources and tailor them to your level and needs. The main focus is on practical work, which you will complete as part of pet projects.
We regularly come up with exciting internal projects to help interns gain real teamwork experience. During the internship, you will learn to collaborate with developers, testers, designers, and project managers, master SCRUM, enhance your technical skills, and develop presentation abilities.
Even after completing IT courses, candidates may have knowledge gaps. Our mentors help interns work on their weak points by providing support and resources. Our goal is to prepare you for real-world challenges at a Junior position.
