Financial Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Manager with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to join our team.
Requirements
— Structured thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven business decisions;
— Excellent attention to detail and a critical mindset;
— Solid knowledge of accounting, controlling, and reporting principles;
— At least 1 year of experience working as a Financial Controller in an international company (experience in IT is a plus);
— Strong command of IFRS;
— Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex financial information;
— Good logical and organizational skills;
— Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and spoken).
Responsibilities
— Control and monitor Cash Flow;
— Prepare Management Accounting reports for internal and external stakeholders;
— Communicate effectively with internal departments and clients regarding financial matters;
— Optimize administrative and project-related expenses;
— Review and approve outgoing payment requests in collaboration with relevant departments;
— Provide requested information for audits, external legal advisors, and other parties as needed;
— Control the internal process of reviewing and approving payments;
— Conduct regular analysis of company expenses and propose actionable steps for cost reduction;
— Ensure the top management is provided with all necessary reports and financial data to support strategic decisions.
